Synopsis
On August 21-23, 2023, IDEAL held an All-TRIPODS postdoc workshop. The aim of this workshop was to bring together postdocs from the different TRIPODS centers and to help create a TRIPODS postdoc community. 23 postdocs coming from all the TRIPODS Phase II institutes (and some from TRIPODS Phase I institutes) gave talks on their work. There was also a panel discussion by PIs and others affiliated with TRIPODS institutes on issues of interest to postdocs. The workshop had talks on a wide range of topics in data science and included lively discussions in the breaks and Q&A sessions.
